Preparation: 

Before the application can begin, you must prepare the surfaces by removing any contaminants that can hinder the adhesion; this includes oil, grease, dirt, dust and similar impurities.

Application: 

  1. Remove the cap from the product.
  2. Cut the nozzle at a 45° angle with an opening slightly larger than the gap to be filled.
  3. Squeeze the tube onto one of the two surfaces.
  4. Bring together and firmly support for 24 hours.
  5. Excess sealant needs removal with water before drying.

Limitation: 

Any areas that are totally encapsulated joints will not dry completely, if both surfaces are porous, this product will not work fully. This adhesive won't apply to asphalt, bitumen, external dampness, or fully immersed areas.

Preparation: 

Ensure the surfaces are prepared before the application can commence, complete this by removing grease, oil, dust and similar impurities.

Application: 

  1. Apply using a standard sealant gun.
  2. Cut the cartridge's top, ensuring you do not damage the screw thread.
  3. Screw the nozzle onto the top of the cartridge and cut it at a 45° angle.
  4. Apply in a zig-zag motion on one of the surfaces.
  5. Place the two surfaces together, firmly pressing evenly across the whole surface to ensure they're fully bound.
  6. Leave to cure for 48 hours; if you bind heavy items, it will require additional support to hold them while the adhesive cures.

Bracing and additional mechanical fastening are suggested for ceiling or heavy wall panels to enable the adhesive to cure fully.

Limitations: 

A few limitations of this product include being used in areas immersed in water or when in contact with asphalt, bitumen or polystyrene. Alongside that, this should not be used as a mirror adhesive. Some porous surfaces may need to be primed before application.
