Uses:

Window frames, doors and skirting boards where an element of flexibility is required. When used externally must be sealed with an oil-based paint or varnish.

Preparation:

Ensure surfaces to be filled are clean, dry and dust free. Remove unsound or rotten wood to give a solid base for the repair. Overpaint nails and metal fittings with an oil-based primer.

Application: 

• Press filler firmly into the repair using an appropriate tool.
• For deep repairs fill to a maximum thickness of 6mm and allow to set before applying the next layer.
• Fill slightly proud of the surrounding surface and rub down when completely set to give a perfect finish.
• When used outdoors seal the filler with an oil-based paint or varnish.
• Protect the filled area from rain and water until sealed.
• Do not use in areas that are permanently wet.
